By accessing or using REFLECT.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use REFLECT.AI. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.

To use certain features of REFLECT.AI, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:
Auto-Renewal: Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Payments via Stripe.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Keep Pro access until period ends. No partial refunds.
Refunds: Generally non-refundable. Contact us within 7 days if you have technical issues.
You agree not to use REFLECT.AI to:
REFLECT.AI is provided "as is" without warranties. AI responses are for entertainment and education only - not professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on coach conversations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REFLECT.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
REFLECT.AI displays Google AdSense ads to keep the service affordable. We are not responsible for ad content. You can manage ad preferences at Google Ads Settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
