• Provide coaching conversations with context
• Track usage limits (free vs Pro)
• Process payments
• Send important updates

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. Your conversations are stored to provide continuity across sessions - when you return to chat with a coach, they remember your previous conversations and context.

If you use Guided Journeys, we also store your journey progress (selected goals and step completion status) to maintain your path across sessions.

5. Third-Party Services

We use these services to provide REFLECT.AI:

• Google OAuth - Sign in

• Google AdSense - Advertising

6. Advertising

We display ads via Google AdSense to keep REFLECT.AI affordable. Google may use cookies for personalized ads. Opt out at Google Ads Settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion:

• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
• Uploaded documents will be permanently removed
• Payment records may be retained as required by law
